GM Testing CADILLAC Converj as a Volt?

At the Detroit Auto Show back in 2009, CADILLAC announced plans for a luxury hybrid sedan, a concept called the CADILLAC Converj. Almost three years later, the Converj has not yet hit the market, but it's slated for a 2013 or 2014 release.
